Due to the pandemic, most of us have transitioned to working from home. If you are working in the social media, live streamer, and influencer space, you’re probably used to working from home most of the time while occasionally attending brand events, meetings and collaborating with other creators in person. However, now with the pandemic, the very little social interaction that we had during work has been taken away. In-person meetings and events are now hosted on Zoom, and as a result, most of us are experiencing headaches and zoom fatigue.
Virtual meetings and events are here to stay for a little while, so in the meantime, here are some tips on how to overcome zoom fatigue:
Here are my five tips on how to overcome zoom fatigue! Note that it applies to all video conferencing applications – Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or whichever platform you are using, not just Zoom!
